Tabatha's Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Tabatha offers you the possibility to return the purchased product within 10 days of receiving it. This means you have 10 days, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, meaning unused, without signs of wear, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, you must send an email to support@tabathafirenze.com, indicating your order number and the product you wish to return. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Once the return process has been initiated, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back for return without a prior request and an approved return number from Tabatha will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the required conditions, we will contact you to inform you of the result of the return. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
Damages and Defects
The quality of each product is carefully checked before shipping. We invite you to inspect your order upon receipt, and in the case of defective items, damaged packaging, or errors in the item received, contact us immediately at support@tabathafirenze.com. We will help you resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are excluded from the possibility of return. These include:
- Free products: Items received as gifts are not eligible for return or refund.
- Discounted products: Items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.
- Promotional products: Promotional items included as part of an order or as an order add-on.
