1. Order Processing Times

Once your order is received, we will generally need **1 to 3 business days** to process it. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Costs (Please refer to the table below)

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

National Shipping (Italy):

- Delivery times: 2 to 5 business days (Islands, +2 days)

- Cost: €7.50, free for orders over €69.00 (Islands excluded)

- Island cost: €9.90.

International Shipping (Europe):

- Delivery times: 2 to 7 business days (may vary depending on location)

- Cost: €14.50 (cost may vary depending on destination and package weight).

3. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times are as follows:

- National Shipping: 2 to 5 business days for standard shipping. (For the Islands, delivery may take 1 or 2 additional days for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia)

- International Shipping (Europe): 2 to 7 business days (may vary depending on location).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as adverse weather conditions or delays in postal services.

4. Shipping Delays

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the event of a significant delay (more than 5 days beyond the expected date), we will contact you to inform you of the situation.

What to do in case of delays:

- Check your email for any updates regarding the shipment.

- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
